Introducing Kristel’s first ever program with The CORE!
A heels technique and foundations program designed for beginner/intermediate dancers who are kick-starting their heels journeys. This course will have a special focus on:
Heels technique drills focusing on mindful movement, fluidity, stability and full range of motion
Tapping into another side of sensuality (finding breath, slowing things down and elongating movements)
LOCATION: Dance Annex | 693 Bloor St W
TIMING: April 27th- June 1 | Mondays | 8:30-10:30 pm
PRICING & SPECIALTY RATES:
Investment: $295+HST
Early Bird: $275+hst | Valid until April 8th
THE CORE PROMISE 🔗 At the CORE, you’ll become a part of a community of dancers who support one another as they train and celebrate their love for dance. Every programs will also include videography 🎥
