WHICH LEVEL’S FOR ME?
You have little to zero dance or movement experience and would thrive best in an environment that moves at a very slow pace.
Perfect for those who have always wanted to try dance but have been scared to up until this point.
You have taken beginner level drop-in classes, programs, etc. for 0–2 years and are comfortable in a class environment but still building muscle memory in foundational technique.
You are comfortable learning basic choreography at a quicker pace.
You have a solid understanding of foundations, and terminology and are able to execute with consistency.
You want to dive deeper into style, performance, musicality, and freestyle with more intricate choreography.
You have mastered basic technique/foundations and are working towards consistency in harder technical elements.
You’re able to pick up challenging choreography, and musicality, style, and performance quality are well on their way.
Your technique and foundations are rock solid across all levels of difficulty (typically 3+ years dance experience).
You have strong musicality, and are able to execute physically demanding pieces of choreography without risk of injury.
